configuring

   /etc/cinit/defaults/panic -> link to something to execute on panic
   (most likely /sbin/sulogin)

   /etc/cinit/defaults/tmp    -> link to a directory where
                                 the socket should be created,
                                 after finishing boot

   What todo right before halting/rebooting/powering off
   /etc/cinit/special/
      -> halt
      -> reboot
      -> poweroff
