61aec12ba1 Try2 to make cdist honor the manifest order, 
this implementation has some more lines of code,
but no collision with the require variable.

0162436ab7 fix asciidoc misinterpretation 
asciidoc was misinterpreting the '-----' (see patch) as underlining
the previous text instead of as starting the next source code section.

Inserting a newline in between to help asciidoc.
