Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Discussed on matrix this morning: we have an obscure user group at $EVIL, some of us would like a 'proper' mailing list and pipeline to accept contributions from external people (= no gitlab account required).

@fnux Ping, what's the status of migrating away from google mailing list?
that's just prolonging the inevitable...
Python 2 is still supported with security patches in various stable distros.
Alternatively, one can always run it on Tauthon…
mailman2 uses python2, which is EOL.
Just because something is "ancient" that doesn't make it bad. Most of the mailing lists I've ever seen are run on Mailman2.
But the feature list of Sympa looks very nice, indeed.
RSS feed would be a big plus for me.
also, mailman2 is ancient. mailman3 should be the new cool kid.
but imho, if you ask me, sympa is better :)

problems with mailing list:
but I'm all in for diversity and the only reason I'm not using current mailing list is because of Google.
If you ask me, go ahead!
