make man complains about missing configuration file #36

When building the manpages, using sphinx-build 3.1.2 on Arch Linux, it will complain about not finding the cdist.cfg.skeleton configuration file, not being able to include the cdist-types file/dir and then every manpage has a warning about not being included in any toctree. This is probably due to a typo somewhere that I'll investigate whenever I have time, but I thought I should write it up somewhere in case that doesn't happen too soon.
