Extract stripe plan from invoice and set it to MHB
...
If the plan does not exist, it implies that it was created in the
dashboard. So, we create it in the backend also.

...
- Remove empty string from VM_IDs string
- If more than one is present, check all of them are the same
If same return, the unique value
Else return none, as we don't handle this case
