__netbox: fix deprecated configuration option
Fixes error message `/opt/netbox/netbox/netbox/settings.py:141: UserWarning: REMOTE_AUTH_DEFAULT_PERMISSIONS should be a dictionary. Backward compatibility will be removed in v2.10.`
