Django 6's change list templates read cl.opts, but django-cms 3.11 only
provides opts, so /admin/cms/page/ and /admin/cms/pagetype/ returned 500.

Use Redis for the cache instead of memcached
...
CACHE_URL (default redis://redis:6379/1) feeds the built-in RedisCache
backend. Redis is already part of compose for Celery, so this drops
pylibmc, python-memcached and libmemcached-dev.
